This is very true in
our region. The majority of the growth has been in Greene County, Fluvanna
County and the outskirts of Charlottesville. I was shocked a few years ago to
hear that Charlottesville/Albemarle had an urban
ring!
While not an advocate
of “smart growth,’ which most often translates into “no growth” or some other
