The Comprehensive Plan designates this property as Industrial Service, in the Community of Crozet.



Aargh. As a REALTOR, growth is ostensibly good, but all of this growth does threaten the beauty and supposed tranquility that draws people here. It is simply irresponsible to approve development after development without planning first, or at least simultaneously, for new modes of transportation, whether roads, rail, whatever.
