A “FROG” is another term for “bonus room.” FROG = Finished Room Over Garage. Who knew?

Jim, I thought it was a term local to the Charleston area and even here, they are starting to call them bonus rooms so people from around the country don’t have to ask.

I like it. In Atlanta we have the term CLOWN which means call listing owner. It took me awhile to figure out that one.
