    I don’t know what’s more painful how right he is, or how annoying he is in presenting his point of view. It’s like Pauly Shore does NAR attack ads.

    I think it’s important to note that the rise and fall of the real estate market is flamed by the media. It won’t get better till the media says it will and NAR assuming that they have as much influence as the media was foolish.

    Local practitioners should have a good handle on what’s going on in their local market. I don’t care what the “global market” folks say, real estate is local.
