On average, a foreclosure reduces the value of a house by 27%, says a new paper from an economist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and researchers at Harvard University.

    Very interesting post. I wish we had a way to search for Sexual offenders in canada (for family reasons, not to hurt values). We have a very low foreclosure rate, so they arent really a problem.
