Charlottesville Tomorrow reports on the Metropolitan Planning Organization’s long range plan. While I’m cherry-picking quotes, I’d love to hear a counter-opinion.
But members of the group’s Policy Board seemed more concerned Wednesday with finding ways to fund projects that have been in the planning stage for decades.

Thank God. More planning. Because a lack of planning is what’s gotten us nothing, right?
