Zillow’s Still not Accurate in Charlottesville

Zillow is still not accurate in Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Nelson, etc.

And that’s ok.

But at least they are honest and transparent about it, and are telling everyone about their new algorithm. Kudos to them for being so transparent. Seriously.

For now, if you’re trying to get a good feel for market values, ask a professional.

Exactly. Someone selling a $100k house using Zestimate for pricing *may* either be leaving many thousands on the table or overpricing my many thousands. Or the Zestimate may be right on. It takes a pro to know.
