I wrote this story in January of this year, but think it’s as relevant now as it was then for those who are wondering, “when should I start thinking about putting my house on the market” or “when should I contact a Realtor to start my home search in earnest?” (if this is the question, I hope you’re already searching all the homes on the market via my search tool).
