LOL, that’s a keeper for sure. All kidding aside, have you seen foreclosures coming on the market in better condition lately? I know in my market (Maui) two years ago, REO’s were typically in poor (to put it kindly) condition, but then there were issues with properties qualifying for a new mortgage. So now, we have seen REO’s get rehabbed (up to an extent) before getting listed.
