The anticipated completion date of The Landmark Hotel, one of the most prominent structures in Downtown Charlottesville, is still unknown, and no closer to being known than when construction started 6 years ago. C-Ville reports on the latest update.

While not advocating this position, at what point does the City of Charlottesville deem this to be a blighted property?

An interesting find and a testament to free blogs is the Landmark Hotel construction blog – last updated October 2008 – where I found this rendering of what was supposed to be. (thanks CvillePedia!)
