Charlottesville is getting denser. Let’s hope infrastructure is part of the planning – and implementation – of said density.

With roughly 1,200 beds across two new housing complexes coming to Charlottesville I’m curious what effect will this have on the local market. Specifically, the availability and price of single-family homes that might otherwise have been rented to students?
