There is so much construction in Downtown Charlottesville that I made a list of the projects so I can keep track of them for my clients. Apartments, office, hotels, mixed-use. Charlottesville is becoming a city.

Bodo’s on Preston – Entrance is Getting Redone
One of the more inefficient, but definitely Charlottesville things (if you don’t know how to enter and then wait quickly, you’re clearly not from here) … is getting redone.
