Lots to digest after hearing Lawrence Yun this morning. These slides struck me though. pic.twitter.com/yJ1X7CutVU

Last week’s presentation by Dr. Yun, Chief Economist from the National Association of Realtors was an interesting one, as always.
He has a high-level economist’s view that is tremendously useful – not necessarily from a “what’s happening in the Charlottesville real estate market” perspective, but from a “what are some macro trends that real estate agents and consumers should be aware of and tracking?”
The presentation is here; download, dig in, and feel free to ask me questions. Email/text/call anytime.
One note – the presentation at Darden was fantastic, and those Darden folks are smart; there was no cell coverage in the building, so I couldn’t tweet. 🙂
