In 2016

  • 442 homes sold in the City of Charlottesville via the Charlottesville MLS
  • 371 with at least 3 bedrooms
  • 313 with at least 2 bathrooms
  • 244 with at least 1,700 finished square feet
    • 149 with at least 1,700 finished square feet above grade (as in, not including finished basement space)
  • 71 sold between $300K and $500K
    • 40 between $400K and $500K
    • 22 between $400K and $455K
  • Schools matter; if you’re looking for one in particular, things get even more narrow
    • Burnley Moran – 2
    • Clark – 1
    • Greenbrier – 2
    • Jackson Via – 6
    • Johnson – 8
    • Venable – 3
