Talking about Charlottesville Real Estate – 21 November at Starr Hill Dairy Central

I could talk about real estate all day every day. Thursday, 21 November is my third such time to chat this month. I’m going to be doing another series in January, in addition to another AMA on Reddit early next month.

That said, if you have questions about the Charlottesville area real estate market, come over to Starr Hill in Dairy Central from 4:00 to 6:30, and let’s talk about the market. While there is no such thing as “typical” in real estate —

Two of the most frequent questions I get from clients and potential clients:

  1. Is it a good time/good idea for me to consider buying a home now or in the next year?
  2. Is it a good time/good idea for me to consider selling home now or in the next year?
    • Where would I go then? What does that process look like? What’s the timing like? Could I buy a house without selling my house? Should I?
  3. Should I just continue renting? (I know, that’s three, and it’s also one that I try to discuss with my clients who might be reluctant to admit – to me or themselves – that they don’t really want to buy.

If you’re inclined, please let me know you’re coming! – jim@realcentralva.com or text me: 434-242-7140.

If no one shows, that’s fine. Blocking off two hours to work is productive, too.
