January 2016’s Note – What is It? 2015’s Over, 2016’s Ahead, and the MLS
This month’s note is a fun one – a look back at the Charlottesville – Albemarle real estate market in 2015, some thoughts and expectations about the 2016 real estate market, musings on the diminishing viability of the MLS due to antiquated (shockingly!) perceptions.
