The hotel, Great Wolf Lodge ,in Williamsburg, was not ready to open, and they told us that AS WE WERE CHECKING OUT. …Being told that the hotel is designed to cater to the 2-to-14 year old crowd is a laudable…. The hotel, Great Wolf Lodge, in Williamsburg, was not ready to open, and they told us that AS WE WERE CHECKING OUT…. Everybody was friendly and helpful, but it is difficult to compensate for power outages, cable outages, internet outages, etc. Being told that the hotel is designed to cater to the 2-to-14 year old crowd is a laudable.

The power going out wouldn’t have been as big of an issue as the dirty bathroom and smoky-smelling room…. Had they mentioned that their internet access was not ready for public consumption, we definitely would not have come….
