June 2021 Charlottesville Area Market Reports
The Charlottesville real estate market remains interesting. Some pockets are still incredibly competitive, some less so. I'm not being flippant or dismissive about the market, but the market is so incredibly varied that saying, "the market is X" would be disingenuous and potentially misleading. Right now, I'm thinking about one segment that is surprisingly slow, and another that is shockingly hot. It's a weird market....
